Our client is a rapidly growing technology scale-up. As the business expands, they are seeking a Corporate Property Development Manager to lead the end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of a new office design, renovation, and relocation project.The role is offered as a 12-month contract.
Responsibilities of the Corporate Property Development Manager:
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines and budgets
- Identify milestones, risks, and dependencies; implement mitigation strategies
- Collaborate with departments to ensure office design meets business needs
- Serve as the main contact for contractors, designers, and architects
- Oversee design to ensure office aesthetics, layout, and functionality
- Supervise renovations, ensuring safety and quality standards
- Coordinate logistics for the office move
- Identify risks and obstacles proactively
- Create contingency plans for delays or scope changes
Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Real Estate, Architecture or similar
- Track record of successes in a similar role
- Previous experience in office design or renovation is a plus
- Fluency in English
- Strong leadership, project management, and organisational skills
- Excellent budgeting and financial management skills
