Our client is a rapidly growing technology scale-up. As the business expands, they are seeking a Corporate Property Development Manager to lead the end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of a new office design, renovation, and relocation project.
The role is offered as a 12-month contract.
Responsibilities of the Corporate Property Development Manager:
Develop and manage project plans, timelines and budgets
Identify milestones, risks, and dependencies; implement mitigation strategies
Collaborate with departments to ensure office design meets business needs
Serve as the main contact for contractors, designers, and architects
Oversee design to ensure office aesthetics, layout, and functionality
Supervise renovations, ensuring safety and quality standards
Coordinate logistics for the office move
Identify risks and obstacles proactively
Create contingency plans for delays or scope changes
Candidate Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Real Estate, Architecture or similar
Track record of successes in a similar role
Previous experience in office design or renovation is a plus
Fluency in English
Strong leadership, project management, and organisational skills
Excellent budgeting and financial management skills
