Job Description

Our client is a rapidly growing technology scale-up. As the business expands, they are seeking a Corporate Property Development Manager to lead the end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of a new office design, renovation, and relocation project.

The role is offered as a 12-month contract.

Responsibilities of the Corporate Property Development Manager:
  • Develop and manage project plans, timelines and budgets
  • Identify milestones, risks, and dependencies; implement mitigation strategies
  • Collaborate with departments to ensure office design meets business needs
  • Serve as the main contact for contractors, designers, and architects
  • Oversee design to ensure office aesthetics, layout, and functionality
  • Supervise renovations, ensuring safety and quality standards
  • Coordinate logistics for the office move
  • Identify risks and obstacles proactively
  • Create contingency plans for delays or scope changes

Candidate Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Real Estate, Architecture or similar
  • Track record of successes in a similar role
  • Previous experience in office design or renovation is a plus
  • Fluency in English
  • Strong leadership, project management, and organisational skills
  • Excellent budgeting and financial management skills
