Our client is a rapidly growing scale-up in the cloud computing industry. As the business expands, they are seeking to appoint a Security GRC Lead to take ownership of designing and implementing security processes and controls across the organization.Responsibilities of the Security GRC Manager:
- Build, implement, and enhance security processes and controls
- Streamline security operations
- Oversee preparation for security certifications
- Manage security risks
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, standards, and internal policies
- Collaborate closely with IT, Internal Audit, and business functions
Candidate Requirements:
- University degree in Computer Science or a related field
- 10+ years of experience in cybersecurity and compliance
- Proven track record in managing compliance frameworks like ISO, SOC, HIPAA, or similar
- Experience in the cloud computing industry
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Hands-on mentality with a strong sense of ownership
- Fluency in English (Dutch fluency is a plus)
