Our client is a rapidly growing scale-up in the cloud computing industry. As the business expands, they are seeking to appoint an IT Compliance Manager who will play a key role in building, implementing, and enhancing controls across the organization.Responsibilities of the IT Compliance Manager:
- Design, implement, and improve IT internal controls
- Lead preparation for the annual SOX audit program
- Ensure compliance with relevant frameworks and industry standards
- Drive process harmonization in control and risk management
- Improve security-related processes
- Align business processes with technology processes and controls
- Recommend risk mitigation actions and remediation plans
Requirements:
- University degree in Computer Science or a related field
- CISA or CISM qualification
- 10+ years of experience in IT Compliance
- Hands-on experience with integrated IT/Business SOX frameworks
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Hands-on approach with a strong sense of ownership
- Fluency in English (Dutch is a plus)
