Job Description

EMEA Recruitment is partnering with an international business in Amsterdam to recruit a Head of Talent Acquisition to develop their TA strategy, ensuring they have the right people in the right roles to drive business forward.

As Head of Talent Acquisition, you will lead a team of recruiters responsible for both campus and experienced hires recruitment, ensuring the business has a great employer brand and offers a positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities of Head of Talent Acquisition:
  • Develop and execute an international recruitment strategy that supports business growth
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a recruitment team, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration
  • Partner closely with senior leadership and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and ensure alignment with organizational objectives
  • Drive innovative recruitment initiatives, leveraging new recruitment technologies
  • Oversee the development and implementation of effective employer branding strategies to attract top talent
  • Ensure a seamless and exceptional candidate experience, from initial contact to onboarding

Experience Required:
  • Significant experience in Talent Acquisition leadership roles gained in an international environment
  • Great people leader, able to inspire and bring a team together
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, tools, and technologies
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization
  • Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
