EMEA Recruitment is working with an international organisation seeking a Senior Global Rewards Specialist to join their dynamic team in Amsterdam.
 
You will develop competitive, fair, and motivating Reward policies and support in creating a strategic vision for Rewards.

The ideal person will be passionate about executing and innovating Rewards processes and possess a keen eye for efficiency and excellence.

Responsibilities of Senior Global Rewards Specialist:
  • Working closely with the other members of the Rewards team to design, implement and evaluate competitive compensation
  • Modernise and simplify the overall reward package for the organisations 
  • Define communication strategies 
  • Liaise with relevant stakeholders - management for the Dutch entities, the Global Rewards Team and People Operations
  • Be the subject matter expert on the reward matters
  • Support the labour relations work with employees, unions and works council
 Experience Required:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Dutch Rewards
  • Good knowledge of benchmarking and experience with job grading using the Korn Ferry Hay methodology
  • Experience with working in an international environment
  • Experience with a production environment
  • Fluent in Dutch and English
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data
