EMEA Recruitment is working with an international organisation seeking a Senior Global Rewards Specialist to join their dynamic team in Amsterdam.You will develop competitive, fair, and motivating Reward policies and support in creating a strategic vision for Rewards.
The ideal person will be passionate about executing and innovating Rewards processes and possess a keen eye for efficiency and excellence.

Responsibilities of Senior Global Rewards Specialist:
- Working closely with the other members of the Rewards team to design, implement and evaluate competitive compensation
- Modernise and simplify the overall reward package for the organisations
- Define communication strategies
- Liaise with relevant stakeholders - management for the Dutch entities, the Global Rewards Team and People Operations
- Be the subject matter expert on the reward matters
- Support the labour relations work with employees, unions and works council
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Dutch Rewards
- Good knowledge of benchmarking and experience with job grading using the Korn Ferry Hay methodology
- Experience with working in an international environment
- Experience with a production environment
- Fluent in Dutch and English
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data
