Job Description

EMEA Recruitment is working with an international organization seeking a Rewards Specialist to join their dynamic team in Amsterdam.

You will support all the organization's operating companies based in the Netherlands. Your main duties will include developing competitive, fair, and motivating Reward policies, as well as supporting the creation of a strategic vision for Rewards.

Key Responsibilities of the Rewards Specialist:
  • Working closely with the Rewards team to design, implement, and evaluate competitive compensation
  • Contribute to modernizing and simplifying the overall reward package for the organization's entities, aligning with the current labor market
  • Ensure flawless execution of (yearly) Rewards processes
  • Monitor Rewards data quality and compliance, signal and implement improvement opportunities
  • Prepare and execute data analysis (dashboards, reports, benchmarks, business cases, costs impacts, etc.) for HR management
  • Perform job/employee data and reward evaluations, and analyses
  • Liaise with relevant stakeholders such as the People teams of the Dutch entities

Experience Required:
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Dutch Reward
  • Good knowledge of benchmarking
  • Experience with job grading using the Korn Ferry Hay methodology is preferred
  • Experience working in an international environment and/or a production environment
  • Fluent in Dutch and English
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make strategic recommendations
