Interim Integrated Communications Lead - HR, Legal & Transformation

Job Description

EMEA Recruitment is working with an international organisation to find a seasoned Interim Communications Lead for a 6-month contract in Amsterdam.

In this role, you will lead the development and execution of the Integrated Communications plan for People and support the execution of the Legal Integrated Communications agenda. Your efforts will support the People & Legal departments in delivering change and communication aligned with the company's transformation.

 Responsibilities of Interim Communications Lead:
  • Communicate and cascade top company priorities into the function
  • Elevate key programs and messages from People to the rest of the company with the Global Integrated Communications team
  • Develop and execute the executive communications platform for the internal and external communication strategy for People
  • Drive internal communication and engagement activities locally and globally
  • Provide strategic advice regarding key messages and clarity and purpose of the communication to the Global People Leadership Team and Legal Leadership Team
  • Support external communication activity
  • Measure and improve communication events and initiatives
Experience Required:
  • 8-10 years leading and implementing communications strategies on a variety of complex business topics, projects, and transformational activities
  • Substantial communications experience with business partnering activities across stakeholders
  • Knowledge of comms & engagement trends; affinity with technology and the ability to translate complex topics
  • Excellent analytical capabilities
  • Exceptional writing and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge of the media landscape and experience working and pitching press
  • Strong business savviness with the ability to dive deep into the function of People and Legal
  • Fluency in English; fluent Dutch would be a plus
