EMEA Recruitment is working with a global organisation who are seeking a proactive and technical skilled learning specialist to join their dynamic team based in Amsterdam.
In this role you will be responsible for operational and technical activities, providing system support for HR technology processes and the intermediate between business and Global HR systems team. You will be key to ensuring smooth functioning processes and driving improvements in the system.
I am looking for someone who has actual technical knowledge and experience of/with HR systems.
Responsibilities of HRIS Specialist:
Provides professional system and user support
Coordinates incidents and changes related to local HR systems
Be the intermediate between the business and Global HR System teams
Masterdata reporting involving others in order to deliver correct results.
Supports the business in using dashboards in their daily operation.
Connects with peers within the organization for personal knowledge development in reporting & analytics.
Coordinates in projects providing technical expertise of the local learning systems and support local L&D teams in projects/changes
Stakeholder management supporting local L&D teams/external
Experience Required:
Higher vocational/academic degree
2 - 4 years experience within a similar role
Required work experience in field of expertise: e.g. actual technical knowledge and experience of/with HR systems.
Experience with learning processes, project management/Agile skills, service management.
Systems knowledge SAP, SuccessFactors, Power BI and interfaces
Fluent in English Dutch would be advantageous
