EMEA Recruitment has exclusively partnered with a well-established global business to recruit a HR Generalist for a 12 month fixed term contract.

This HR Generalist role is ideal for a qualified HR professional with a strong background in supporting for all administrative aspects of the HR lifecycle and experience in an international working environment.

The HR Generalist will be providing comprehensive HR/administrative support to the Head of HR, in particular completion of their outstanding HR projects such as the automation of the Onboarding/Offboarding cycle and the improvement of their hiring process.

Responsibilities of HR Generalist:
  • Recruitment best practices, hiring activities, scheduling interviews, screening resumes, and maintaining databases.
  • Scheduling aptitude tests for new hires.
  • Providing support during the full Onboarding/Offboarding Cycle
  • Providing support to the Head of HR with updating the Employee Handbooks (Spain/Norway/UK and NL)
  • Providing support in Training & Development activities
  • Updating training & development portfolio
  • Providing support in the completion of outstanding HR projects
  • Providing support across general affairs
Experience Required:
  • BSc in HR, Business or relevant field
  • Fluent in English (verbal & written)
  • 4+ years proven experience as HR Assistant Manager within an international company
  • Familiarity with hiring practices and stages screening, interview, assessment, onboarding
  • Strong organizational, time management skills and outstanding communication skills
  • Problem-solving ability
  • Experienced working in an international working environment
  • Able to working in a team and independently, someone who can hit the ground running
