EMEA Recruitment has exclusively partnered with a well-established global business to recruit an Interim HR Generalist for an initial 6-month contract.
This HR Generalist role is ideal for a qualified HR professional with a strong background in supporting all administrative aspects of the HR lifecycle and experience in an international working environment.
Responsibilities of Interim HR Generalist:
Recruitment best practices, hiring activities, scheduling interviews, screening resumes, and maintaining databases
Scheduling aptitude tests for new hires
Providing support during the full Onboarding/Offboarding Cycle
Providing support to the Head of HR with updating the employee handbooks (Spain/Norway/UK and NL)
Providing support in training and development activities
Updating the training and development portfolio
Managing invoice approval process
Arrangement of social corporate events
Experience Required:
BSc in HR, Business, or relevant field
Excellent English (verbal & written)
4+ years of proven experience as HR Assistant Manager within an international company
Familiarity with hiring practices and stages
Experience using recruiting software and social networks for recruiting
Strong organizational, time management skills and outstanding communication skills
Problem-solving ability
Experienced working in an international working environment
