Job Description

EMEA Recruitment has exclusively partnered with a well-established global business to recruit an Interim HR Generalist for an initial 6-month contract.

This HR Generalist role is ideal for a qualified HR professional with a strong background in supporting all administrative aspects of the HR lifecycle and experience in an international working environment.

Responsibilities of Interim HR Generalist:
  • Recruitment best practices, hiring activities, scheduling interviews, screening resumes, and maintaining databases
  • Scheduling aptitude tests for new hires
  • Providing support during the full Onboarding/Offboarding Cycle
  • Providing support to the Head of HR with updating the employee handbooks (Spain/Norway/UK and NL)
  • Providing support in training and development activities
  • Updating the training and development portfolio
  • Managing invoice approval process
  • Arrangement of social corporate events

Experience Required:
  • BSc in HR, Business, or relevant field
  • Excellent English (verbal & written)
  • 4+ years of proven experience as HR Assistant Manager within an international company
  • Familiarity with hiring practices and stages
  • Experience using recruiting software and social networks for recruiting
  • Strong organizational, time management skills and outstanding communication skills
  • Problem-solving ability
  • Experienced working in an international working environment
