Job Description

EMEA Recruitment has exclusively partnered with a global organization in their search for a Senior HR Business Partner to join their dynamic team in Amsterdam.

In this key leadership position, the Senior HRBP will partner closely with senior business stakeholders to translate business needs and strategies while also supporting the Business Operations department.

This role would ideally suit someone with a strategic mindset who loves to take ownership and enjoys building trusted relationships.

Key Responsibilities of Senior HR Business Partner:
  • Partner with senior leaders to develop and implement people strategies that align with business objectives
  • Work closely with the rest of the People Function, e.g., HR Business Partners, HR Generalists, L&D, Recruitment, EDI & Marketing
  • Closely collaborate with your HR colleagues in other regions to drive (global) people projects and initiatives
  • Be a trusted advisor to your stakeholders to help them navigate people topics

Experience Required:
  • 10+ years of experience in HR and a recent HRBP role
  • University degree or relevant HR qualification
  • Proven ability to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives
  • Proven ability to lead and support organizational change initiatives
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with HR analytics and reporting
  • In-depth understanding of employment laws and regulations
  • Fluent in English (verbal and written)
