EMEA Recruitment has exclusively partnered with an international FMCG business seeking a Global HR Technology Lead (Project Manager) to ensure a great user experience for its associates.
You will be part of The Global HR Technology & People Analytics team responsible for developing and driving the HR Technology and People Analytics strategy, working with other global HR centres of excellence, countries, Finance, and IT.
You will collaborate with the HR IT team, within the IT organisation handling the technical aspects of HR technology, on projects that will strongly improve the associate experience. This will enable your HR teams to focus on other topics across core processes such as performance, talent, merit and succession, as well as projects in the HR Services domain.

Responsibilities for Global HR Technology Lead:
Driving associate experience through technology, ensuring HR efficiency and manager empowerment
Project managing implementations, changes and decommissioning of technology
Contributing to the strategy of people analytics and driving the deployment of initiatives for a data-driven HR function
Driving standardization and improvement of processes based on best practices
Working with business process owners to identify potential improvements in processes, supported by HR technology, data & analytics (identifying requirements)
Developing optimal solutions in collaboration with IT, in line with costs, policies & guidelines
Experience Required:
6+ years' experience in an international environment in an HR Business Partnering or HR Project Management role
Proven experience in HR Technology implementation & adoption
You have an interest in independently running projects & you’ve developed and rolled out projects/programs and have a strong affinity with HR Technology
You have strong influencing skills and able to operate at a strategic and operational level
Strong passion for solving business problems with data & insights, ability to think critically and provide innovative solutions based on data insights
You love to work in a team, excellent internal and external communicator and thrive in a dynamic environment
