EMEA Recruitment has exclusively partnered with a global organization seeking a Senior HR Business Partner aligned to Technology, to join the HR team in Amsterdam.

You will support their technology departments, driving people strategies that fuel creativity, collaboration, and growth. In this key leadership position, you will partner closely with senior business stakeholders and translate business needs and strategies into well-informed people initiatives.

This opportunity would be ideal for someone with a strategic and creative mindset who loves to take ownership, enjoys building up trusted relationships, can influence effortlessly, and has a can-do attitude.

Key Responsibilities of the HRBP Technology: 
  • Partner with senior leaders to develop and implement people strategies
  • Be a talent expert: Play an important role in maximizing the potential of employees and creating high-performing teams
  • Cover a broad range of topics, e.g., performance management, talent and succession planning, employee retention and engagement
  • Closely collaborate with your HR colleagues in other regions to drive global people projects and initiatives
  • Be a trusted advisor to your stakeholders to help them navigate people topics.
  • Make use of people data and analytics to provide insights and recommendations

Experience Required:
  •  8+ years of experience in a HRBP role, preferably in a fast-growing tech-driven or entrepreneurial environment
  • University degree or relevant HR qualification
  • Proven ability to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives
  • Proven ability to lead and support organizational change initiatives
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills 
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with HR analytics and reporting
  • In-depth understanding of employment laws and regulations
  • Confident in English as the main business language
