EMEA Recruitment is working with a fast-growing global tech business as they look to recruit a Head of HR Operations.As Head of HR Operations, you will manage a geographically dispersed team and ensure the function delivers innovative, scalable solutions that lead to a first-class employee experience.

Responsibilities of Head of HR Operations:
- Oversee HR Operations across multiple countries, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and alignment with business objectives
- Lead and develop a high-performing HR Operations team
- Drive innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and scalability
- Manage HR operational aspects of business carve-outs and acquisitions
- Oversee global mobility programs, work permits, relocation, and visa processes
- Implement AI-based process automation and drive digital transformation initiatives
- Significant experience in HR Operations and global mobility, preferably in a public company
- Strong knowledge of HR technology, payroll, benefits, and workforce analytics tools
- Expertise in global employment laws, immigration policies, and compliance requirements (Dutch and US preferred)
- Proven experience in driving HR process automation, operational efficiencies, and service delivery improvements
- Strong leadership and influencing skills in a global organization
- Fluent in English; Dutch is an advantage
