Based out of gorgeous offices in Amsterdam this FMCG/Retail giant is looking for a Payroll Specialist to join them on a permanent basis. This is a brilliant opportunity to be part of a big-name brand and part of an organisation going on an exciting journey.

Responsibilities of Payroll Specialist:
  • Responsibility for the monthly payroll of c.500 employee
  • Business Partner to both internal and external stakeholders
  • Maintenance of the payroll system ensuring all employee information is up to date and correct
  • Manual calculation of payroll data such as overtime, tax deductions and bonuses
  • Ensuring the payroll is perfect before sending it for processing to the external vendor
  • Able to answer all payroll queries

The successful candidate will have:
  • Attention to detail
  • Quick action in problem-solving
  • Ability to meet deadlines
  • Comfortable building relationships and partnering with external vendors
  • 3-5 years of payroll experience managing payroll for a similar headcount
  • Comfortable communicating in English
  • Ability to commute to Amsterdam

This role is paying c60,000 euros (including holiday allowance) + additional benefits.
