EMEA Recruitment is working with an international Logistics business near Hoofddorp as they expand their European operations.
They are looking to recruit a Compensation and Benefits Lead for a newly created role within the organisation. This position will offer the opportunity to shape the approach to reward across the European business.

Responsibilities of Compensation and Benefits Lead:
Develop and maintain competitive salary benchmarks and compensation structures
Use Mercer for job grading purposes
Calculate and administer bonus and incentive programs
Oversee the global merit increase process for Europe
Manage pension and retirement programs
Lead projects related to compensation and benefits
Oversee employee benefits packages
Experience required:
Significant Compensation and Benefits experience gained in an international environment
In-depth knowledge of compensation practices, tax regulations, and pension schemes
Strong analytical skills
Proven project management capabilities
High level of integrity and discretion
Fluent in English
