EMEA Recruitment is working with an international Logistics business near Hoofddorp as they expand their European operations.They are looking to recruit a Compensation and Benefits Lead for a newly created role within the organisation. This position will offer the opportunity to shape the approach to reward across the European business.

Responsibilities of Compensation and Benefits Lead:
- Develop and maintain competitive salary benchmarks and compensation structures
- Use Mercer for job grading purposes
- Calculate and administer bonus and incentive programs
- Oversee the global merit increase process for Europe
- Manage pension and retirement programs
- Lead projects related to compensation and benefits
- Oversee employee benefits packages
Experience required:
- Significant Compensation and Benefits experience gained in an international environment
- In-depth knowledge of compensation practices, tax regulations, and pension schemes
- Strong analytical skills
- Proven project management capabilities
- High level of integrity and discretion
- Fluent in English
