Job Description

Are you a tax professional with a strong background in corporate tax compliance and reporting, looking for a hands-on role within an international environment?

Our client, a global organisation headquartered in Amsterdam, is seeking a Tax Reporting Specialist to join their expanding tax team. This position is ideal for someone who thrives on detailed, technical work rather than management responsibilities.

As part of a global tax team of 8 professionals in Amsterdam and 15 internationally, you will work closely with the Global Tax Reporting Director to ensure tax compliance and reporting processes are executed effectively.

Key responsibilities of the Tax Reporting Specialist:
  • Corporate Tax Compliance: Prepare corporate income tax returns for Dutch entities and calculate Dutch tax positions for quarterly and year-end closings.
  • Tax Reporting: Prepare and file the Global Tax return and manage workflows, including dividend tax returns, cash tax forecasts, and ESG reporting for cash tax payments.
  • Process Improvement: Support automation projects and enhance tax reporting systems and workflows.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
  • Experience: 5+ years in corporate income tax compliance and/or reporting, with hands-on experience preparing CIT returns.
  • Education: Degree in Tax or Economics.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with tax reporting systems and automation tools like Oracle is a plus.
  • Fluency in English and Dutch is required.
What’s on Offer?
  • A dynamic, international environment in a global organisation.
  • A role focused on "doing" rather than managing, ideal for those who enjoy working directly with numbers and systems.
  • A competitive salary package + wider company benefits
If you are looking to make an impact within a forward-thinking, sustainable company with a clear career progression path, this could be the next step in your professional journey. APPLY TODAY.
