Our client is a global organization with revenues in excess of $5B. They are seeking a results-driven Regional Head of AP to lead a high-performing AP team.This role oversees end-to-end AP operations across entities in Europe, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and continuous process improvement.
Key Responsibilities of the Regional Head of AP:
- Oversee AP operations, including supplier onboarding, invoice handling, and payment processing
- Enhance operational efficiency through automation and process improvements
- Maintain compliance with SOX regulations and internal control standards
- Lead and develop a high-performing AP team, promoting accountability and excellence
- Define KPIs and reporting structures to improve performance insights and decision-making
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure AP strategies align with business goals
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of AP experience, including 5+ years in leadership
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Strong communication skills and fluency in English
- Expertise in AP operations, compliance, and process improvement
- Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach to problem-solving
