Our client, a growing and acquisitive company in the life sciences sector, is seeking a Manufacturing Controller to enhance the financial performance visibility of the Procurement function and multiple manufacturing sites, drive process efficiency, and contribute to overall business improvement.Your responsibilities as the Manufacturing Controller will include:
- Provide insightful financial analysis and reporting to drive business success
- Lead monthly reporting, budgeting, and forecasting for management reporting activities
- Monthly tracking of financial and operational performance to promptly identify opportunities and risks
- Financial analysis for investment projects and ROI calculation
- Provide analytics and decision support to the leadership
Candidate Requirements:
- Educational background in Finance, Economics or a similar discipline
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Previous experience in manufacturing finance
- Outstanding analytical skills
- Knowledge of Power BI is advantageous
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to manage relationships with various stakeholders in finance and non-finance functions
- High level of drive and goal-oriented
- Fluency in English
