Are you an experienced finance professional with a background in private equity or financial services?

EMEA Recruitment is seeking a dynamic Interim Senior Accountant for an exciting opportunity within a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Initially a 3 month assignment, this position offers a competitive package, professional development opportunities, and the option for hybrid working (ideally three days a week in the Amsterdam office). 

As the Senior Accountant, you will manage financial reporting and accounting for a portfolio of clients, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial records.

Your responsibilities will include preparing interim reports, coordinating VAT filings, managing audits, and overseeing complex transactions under Dutch GAAP &IFRS.

What We’re Looking For:

• Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or similar field
• Proficiency in Dutch GAAP and IFRS
• 5–7 years of relevant experience, including mentoring or leading small teams
• Strong communication with fluency in English 
• A proactive, quality-driven approach with excellent advisory capabilities
