Job Description

EMEA Recruitment is searching for a Financial Accountant on behalf of our client, a global logistics company near Amsterdam.

As a Financial Accountant, you will play a key role in managing the company's financial records, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.

Responsibilities of the Financial Accountant:

• Manage all daily accounting transactions
• Support monthly, quarterly and annual closings
• Performing balance sheet reconciliations and bank payments
• Assist in the preparation and filing of tax returns
• Support external auditors and collaborate internally to improve processes

Experience required:

• 3-5 years' experience in a similar role
• Knowledge of IFRS and Dutch GAAP
• Master's/Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance/Economics or similar
• Working experience of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (beneficial)
• Fluent in English and a good command of Dutch
