Payroll Controller - Exclusive

Up to €70,000 inclusive of holiday allowance + benefits
 

Job Description

EMEA Recruitment is working exclusively with a renowned market leader in the tech/manufacturing industry, looking to add a Payroll Controller to the Amsterdam-based Finance team.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a company with significant growth and progression both in-country and internationally. 

Key Responsibilities of the Payroll Controller:
  • Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing for EMEA employees through an external provider, while complying with local laws and SOX controls
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to resolve payroll queries and ensure timely payments
  • Review, analyse and reconcile payroll-related GL accounts, addressing any issues with the Payroll accounting team
  • Document and maintain the payroll procedures manual for the entities
Experience/skills sought:
  • Experience with multi-country payroll in the EMEA region and solid accounting knowledge
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across all levels
  • Proactive, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced international environment, with fluency in English (a second European language is a plus)
