A fast-growing international company is seeking a Financial Controller to join its Amsterdam team. Reporting to the European Financial Controller, this role offers the chance to shape financial controls, compliance, and reporting across multiple European regions.
Key Responsibilities of the Financial Controller:
- Oversee financial controls, audits, and compliance
- Manage balance sheet reconciliations, cash flow forecasting, and reporting.
- Collaborate with regional finance teams & shared service centers.
- Support audit processes & cash management across European entities.
Experience & Qualifications:
- 5+ years in financial controlling, audit, or compliance
- Qualified accountant (ACCA, CPA, or equivalent)
- Big Four/audit background preferred with strong IFRS knowledge
- Willingness to travel in Europe (10-20%)
