Financial Controller - Exclusive

EMEA Recruitment is conducting an exclusive search on behalf of our client, a global leader in real estate, for a Financial Controller to join their team.

The Financial Controller will be responsible for various duties, including the daily control and reporting of activities related to real estate investments in the Netherlands.

Responsibilities of the Financial Controller:

• Main point of contact for clients' accounting teams and portfolio managers
• Establish monthly, quarterly and annual reports
• Primary contact for tax and legal issues
• Coordinating with external advisors
• Manage the budgeting process
• Participate in group projects

Experience required:

• 5+ years' experience in a relevant Controlling/Senior Accountant role
• Real Estate experience is mandatory
• Fluent in Dutch and English
• Experience with Yardi is a plus
