EMEA Recruitment is exclusively working with a charitable organisation looking to add a Controlling Team Lead to their finance team based in the Netherlands. Responsibilities of the Controller Team Lead:

• Responsible for timely and accurate consolidation
• Set up and execute a number of reports and checks and balances to monitor the accuracy and completeness of the local books of accounts
• Actively review local and global statutory audits, ensuring recommendations are followed up and audit findings are closed
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements and other checks and balances to monitor the accuracy and completeness of the local books of accounts

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in a Controller role (experience in an NGO would be advantageous)
• Management experience is beneficial
• Degree in Finance/Business Admin
