EMEA Recruitment is exclusively seeking an Accountant (Holdings) on behalf of our client, a diversified investment company in Amsterdam.

As an Accountant, you will play an important role in managing financial records for a portfolio of entities, ensuring compliance with regulations.

Responsibilities of the Accountant:

• Oversee the preparation of accurate financial statements
• Timely and precise reporting for monthly, quarterly and annual cycles
• Adhering to Dutch GAAP and IFRS standards
• Act as the main contact during audits
• Handling statutory reporting, including VAT declarations
• Deliver financial analyses and forecasts/variance reviews

Experience required:

• Bachelor's/Master's in Accounting, Finance or similar
• 5+ years' experience in Accounting
• Strong knowledge of Dutch GAAP and IFRS
• Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Excel skills
• Fluent in English
