Job Description

Are you an experienced Data Developer with a passion for building advanced data management frameworks? We’re currently recruiting for an exciting opportunity within a rapidly growing global company that is undergoing a major IT transformation.

Our client, a leading player in its sector, is on a journey to establish itself as a fully independent and self-supporting enterprise. As part of this transformation, they are introducing their first fully-fledged IT function, offering you the chance to play a key role in shaping their IT landscape. 

Key Responsibilities of the Data Developer:
  • Work with external vendors and internal teams to implement and maintain a Master Data Management (MDM) solution
  • Collaborate with data owners on routines and procedures for maintaining data quality
  • Data management policies and governance framework
  • Define standards for data delivery and availability
  • Be an expert in system architecture design, supporting the development of IT systems and architecture.
  • Creation of data use cases, such as PowerBI

Ideal Profile:
  • 3+ years of experience with MDM solutions, data warehouses, data lakes, or advanced data analytics solutions
  • Experience with Snowflake and Azure Data Factory is a plus
  • Strong working knowledge of SQL, SQL Server, and Oracle databases
  • Experience in building data pipelines, using ETL tools, and data modelling
  • Proficient in programming languages such as Python, Java, or Scala
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Master’s degree in Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field
