Our client, a leading player in its sector, is on a journey to establish itself as a fully independent and self-supporting enterprise. As part of this transformation, they are introducing their first fully-fledged IT function, offering you the chance to play a key role in shaping their IT landscape.
Key Responsibilities of the Data Developer:
Work with external vendors and internal teams to implement and maintain a Master Data Management (MDM) solution
Collaborate with data owners on routines and procedures for maintaining data quality
Data management policies and governance framework
Define standards for data delivery and availability
Be an expert in system architecture design, supporting the development of IT systems and architecture.
Creation of data use cases, such as PowerBI
Ideal Profile:
3+ years of experience with MDM solutions, data warehouses, data lakes, or advanced data analytics solutions
Experience with Snowflake and Azure Data Factory is a plus
Strong working knowledge of SQL, SQL Server, and Oracle databases
Experience in building data pipelines, using ETL tools, and data modelling
Proficient in programming languages such as Python, Java, or Scala
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Master’s degree in Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field
