M&A Manager

Job Description

EMEA Recruitment is thrilled to be partnering with an international industrial business in Aargau in its search for an M&A Manager.

Working within the corporate development team, this is a significant role within the group, offering you global exposure and the chance to work on continuous and exciting projects worldwide. 

Duties of the M&A Manager include: 

• Planning and executing strategic initiatives 
• Full responsibility of managing M&A projects from inception to completion
• Carrying out financial modelling and valuations
• Proactively supporting strategic efforts by identifying and evaluating potential targets
• Carrying out industry analysis, developing strategic insights and recommendations

The ideal candidate:

• Strong professional experience in strategic consulting or within an in-house M&A role - including strong experience in strategy planning, implementing and driving corporate initiatives
• Project management experience within M&A 
• Modelling and presentation skills, both required for internal communication and with external parties
• Willingness to travel - this opportunity offers the chance to travel worldwide (40% travel)
• Strong communication in English is required, other languages are highly advantageous!
