Key responsibilities of the Senior HR Business Partner – Corporate Functions:
Act as a trusted advisor to leaders in departments such as Finance, Legal, and HR, aligning people strategy with business priorities
Support change management initiatives by coaching leadership and promoting cross-functional collaboration
Drive employee engagement and development by enhancing performance, retention, and career progression strategies
Lead and implement global HR programs, working with internal stakeholders to deliver key strategic projects
Your profile:
Extensive HR experience (10+ years) with a strong background in partnering with corporate functions
Proven knowledge of and experience in Swiss labor law regulations and their practical application within international organizations
Strong social skills with the ability to influence and build trust across all levels of the business
Speaks German/Swiss German to native level and fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication abilities

The role is based in Poland with a flexible hybrid working model.
As a Global Support Credit Controller, you will play a key role in supporting Credit Control teams across multiple countries, ensuring consistent application of credit policies and improving cashflow management across the group.

Responsibilities of the Global Support Credit Controller:
Support local Credit Control teams to ensure consistent application of credit policies and best practices across countries
Monitor and take action on aging accounts receivable, ensuring timely collection and resolution of outstanding balances
Conduct credit reviews of existing customers and assist in assessing new customer creditworthiness
Manage escalated customer disputes, ensuring timely resolution and effective communication between local teams and clients
Provide training and ongoing support to local Credit Control teams on credit processes and company policies
Ensure compliance with internal policies, regional regulations, and global financial standards
Experience required:
5+ years of experience in Credit Control, with at least 2 years in a global or multi-regional role
Strong knowledge of accounts receivable and credit risk management
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
Proficiency in credit management software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
Excellent problem-solving, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
Fluent in English - knowledge of German or Italian is a plus
Familiarity with international Credit Control regulations is advantageous
